Previous customer here. First things first, Christy is awesome! Very professional, and always helpful. The unit I rented was at the Thorsby location. Had no problems. The facility was clean. No issues with break-ins. Would highly recommend giving them a call! Would use again! 5/5 :)

I have rented a storage unit from Central Self Storage for 4 years (sadly). The process is easy and the staff is exceptional. I love the climate controlled, I don't have to freeze in the winter or burn up in the summer. The atmosphere is pleasant. Also, I have not had to deal with any rodents. It's very clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend climate controlled storage units.

If zero stars were an option that's what they would get...surveillance is a joke seeing as how 13 units broken into Oct 2021...seems like at $99/mo 10x15 unit for 3 years (since they opened), they could have used money for cameras for the surveillance they boast about in their ads...they do not monitor the storage units. FACT

A very good place to store all those things that don't fit in your attic (and basement, and shed...). The climate-controlled rooms, in a secure facility, are in very good condition and the prices are good too.The staff are also helpful and friendly; another plus.Recommended.
