Thank you so much to Jennifer who helped me get back on the road for what a mechanic would have charged me 1k for. Her innate sense of troubleshooting is astounding. Truly. Jennifer went above and beyond to get my vehicle back in driving condition - I will never be able to praise her enough. I hope that she is recognized in every position she ever chooses to hold in her life - she will be an asset anywhere she goes! Thank you again Jennifer! 10/10 And shout out to Chase who never broke a sweat while waiting on a lobby full of customers. W Chase!

Jennifer and Jacob was wonderful!!! Already went to O'Reilly got no where with a fuse for my headlight and these great employees assisted me in finding what I needed!!! Will send my business to yall from now on!!!

It’s 2 guys I want to brag on! When I came 2 weeks ago for a headlight bulb I was told no one there could put it on! Kristian Sims assisted me and came right out and put it in with no problem! Now today I came back to get the other one replaced and Jacob came on out and put my other bulb in with no problems! Thank you guys so much it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!!

Brad Godson is the rudest employee I’ve ever met. Dude literally treated me like I was a crook or stole something and refused to give me a refund. I don’t want store credit I want my money back!! After I found my receipt he still was very rude to the point the store manager Jennifer had to step in. She wasn’t any better as she was cutting me off trying to get rid of me… I in the process of dealing with corporate office because this place is a mess!! The store manager is part of the problem as she can’t even get the employees to treat customers properly. I’ll never shop at Clanton Auto zone again unless something is done. Valued customer for over 25 years!!!
