The older male cashier that works here is rude as hell. On several occasions I’ve walked into this establishment and he doesn’t speak, and no, he was not busy ringing up customers. I also noticed he did not want to say “you’re welcome” after a customer said thanks/ have a good day after completing a purchase. Maybe he has his “preferences” on who he provides good customer service to. If there was another ABC store in Clanton I’d for sure go there instead. I guess I’ll just make my purchases in other cities. Perhaps someone more customer service oriented should be hired as well.

The lady with the pink glasses is extremely rude. I called ahead and asked for the quantity of a specific spirit. I was told 13 bottles were in inventory. I asked if there was a limit to purchase, which I was told there was none. I then drove 25 minutes, and come to find out it was 1 per person and they only had one bottle left which was a lie. I guess they’re only nice to their regulars. I will not be coming back here ever again, and I would not recommend this store to anyone else. I would be giving it a 0/5 star if that was allowed.

Very rude larger lady working in there. Her name I think is Amanda. The situation was highly unnecessary and mishandled. I will not buy from this store again until she’s gone.

Would give -zero- stars if this was a option. Entire staff lazy and act like they are entitled to easy job at taxpayers expense. Several items had "sale" signs on shelf but ring up full price. Credit card transaction fails to display prices to customer as clerk is ringing up customer's purchase so the customer would not even notice the price errors. When shown their mistake staffers failed to fix the sale price and acted like you shouldn't have believed the sale sign. Haha Worthless staff must remove sale signs when prices are adjusted in timely manner.

Entered the store on Friday afternoon as I was looking around i observed the female store clerk talking to a customer in the middle of the store. The female clerk openly in the middle of the store stated to the customer she had been sick and had to leave early and she was feeling like she had the flu or a virusBut WASN'T WEARING A MASK! Were is Customers SAFETY!!! She also stated she was going to get tested when she got off Work!!!!
