I took my son to get his haircut and the hair stylist was rude to him from the time he sat down in the chair. When he complained about hair on his neck itching she had something to say about that. She asked him how old he was and he told her he was fixing to turn 10 and she said, "and you act 2." When she was trimming his hair on the side he asked what she was doing and she said "you need to loose your attitude ( He never had an attitude the entire time. He barely spoke two words to her)." When she was finishing up and he thought it was ok to pull the apron off she hollered at him. She cut her finger with her scissors during the haircut and told him he caused her to cut her finger by moving around but he was not moving around at all when she cut her finger. There was only a couple of times where I had to tell him to hold his head up where she could cut it. He wasn't moving around at all. She done a good job on his hair but her attitude was horrible. If she can't treat children good when they come in to get their hair cut maybe she should choose another profession. My child was not acting up or misbehaving. He was very good the entire time. Also, my son has Asperger's syndrome and with next month being autism awareness month your salon is really setting an example. I contacted the owner of the Hair Studio who stated she was going to talk to the stylist about the incident. However, the stylist logged onto Facebook using the owners profile and called me a lier stated that she would have had a different behavior had she known my son had autism. I do not recommend anyone with small children use this hairstylist.
