Whoever is responsible for our package deliveries is the laziest delivery personnel I've ever had to deal with. They've driven across our manicured lawn (when I have a HUGE driveway - and not a cute one tire on the grass situation - she full on drove onto my front lawn, around a tree, and back onto the driveway - that's when they found out we have security cameras), they've tossed boxes in our yard when it's raining, and most recently keep shoving packages in our mailbox. Today they crammed a box, an envelope containing a package, and mail in the mailbox- tearing open the envelope and crushing the box. My husband had to use both hands to yank the packages out they were so tightly crammed in there.
This isn't the first, second, or sadly even the third time this has happened. I've made many complaints and the laziness continuous. Terrible delivery personnel.
*There's one gentleman they have/had who was a great worker; friendly, would put our packages under the overhang when it rained, etc. but this other woman is horrific. Every time she delivers there's an issue.

This post office at this location is the worst one. The postmaster Brittany dubose refuses to do her job in any way shape or form. For the past few years I have been having issues with this post office and it's postmaster and one of its drivers delivering my mail to my house. Must I remind the postmaster of this location under federal law you are required to deliver all male to an individual's house. If it's anything that has the household's name or names on there you have no choice but to deliver mail. If the postmaster cannot do her job then she needs to quit

Driver pulled in driveway to deliver package and blew the horn. We went out to see who it was and she was already leaving. We were waving at her knowing she saw us and she just continued on her way without even attempting to leave packages.

I wish I remembered the lady's name that helped me with my package at the Chunchula Post office today. We need more people like her she was very sweet and helped me carry my package to the car. Thanks for your hospitality!

Chunchula post office refuses to deliver packages to my home even though I am disabled with heart problems (heart attack and failure and I can't get around too well) saying that they are "protecting" their deliverers. I have no dogs and a deck plus shed they could leave packages on a huge property with a driveway they should be able to navigate easily. I have nothing that should prevent them from delivering my packages yet they claim it's for safety. I thought the post office was required to deliver your mail and packages not refuse to. I am at my wits end and in tears.

They lie about deliveries. Normal delivery time for me is between 10:30-11:30am, each time at 8:30am on the tracking status it says they attempt to deliver when the package isn't even in the vehicle. Also say the mailbox is full even though it is empty! USPS has become incompetent at their job! Especially this branch

The carrier for shinn lane is a lier and doesn't want to do her job right. Have called multiply times about the carrier and all I get told is she said she did this. Which she didn't. There is someone at the house most of the time but I know for a fact that she lied. She claimed she come down the drive way blow horn for 5 minutes and left. I have been home all day. I got outside a lot not once did she come down my drive way.
