Robert is rude to the elderly. He hung up on my Mother who was simply trying to find out where a package is that she sent 6 days ago that was priority. I know it is difficult to find good help now but this is ridiculous that you can't get a respectful person who is willing to help especially the elderly. Shame on this creatine.

My mail is constantly going to my neighbors house or I am recieving pink slips of "we missed you while you were out" when I am at my house the whole day. The 1800 number that it redirects you to when you try to call your local office is very poor quality. Constantly misunderstanding what you say then transfering you to an agent with wait times "between 36 and 89 minutes". We live in a busy world and disorganized poor quality like we receive here is the reason usps is getting replaced with more and more companies provodong better service with humans answering the phones in a timely manner.

Never answer the phone , with wait times of an hour or more. Constantly sending other people's mail to my house.
