I like my napa auto parts. Gordon is always helpful and if he doesn't have what I need and they have an awful lot for such a all store. If the store doesn't have it Gordon is glad to order it. I would definitely suggest doing business here at Childersburg NAPA. THESE aren't cheap Chinese parts.. remanufactured life time warranty stuff. These are Good Name Brand manufacturing parts and supplies. I highly recommend this NAPA Store.

It's an auto parts store. 'Nuff said there. But wait, there's more - and it gets better. I popped by this NAPA store for a simple part for a vehicle I was working on, because I was getting ready to head over to Sylacauga from Childersburg to hit up another big chain auto parts store. NAPA not only saved me the trip time and gas, but for crying out loud, they had exactly what I needed - and for less money, too! So, yeah ... it IS an auto parts store. But more seriously, I suggest hitting them up before making the trip to nearby towns in your search for auto parts. Chances are, they might have exactly what you need, and at a freakin' better price too, thus saving your time, gas, and cash - a trifecta! Never hurts to at least check!

We were referred here by friends. Our car (on loan from a friend) was making a funny noise in sharp turns, and we'd already replaced the front axles. They examined it and saw the transmission needed to be repaired or replaced, and told us the repairs would be more expensive than the worth of the car. They didn't charge us anything for the analysis, and they offered to talk to the owner on the phone to explain it to him. They could have tried to get money out of us for some kind of repairs, but they didn't. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We would definitely come here again.

I had a question, so i called them.. A man picked up said nothing but "This is Napa, hold please" before i could say anything. I waited on hold, he never picked up. So i hung up and called back, then he didn't even answer, the phone just kept ringing and ringing..
