My propane went out last night around the time our temps dropped to 15 degrees.This morning, after all the "national" suppliers told me they had a 2-week backlog and couldn't get to me before February, I finally called Economy.They went out of their way to get me propane so my house wouldn't freeze and I am now a customer for life!You couldn't ask for nicer people either; from Daniel and Tammy in the office to the nice fellas that filled my tank, this was an excellent experience.Thank y'all so much!!!

Worse Customer Service ever we have been with them since 2007 and after the rudeness today with Linda and rudeness with the Daniel Brown it’s not worth it. We own a small business and we understand how customers may have to wait or how it is to be busy but we are never rude to our customers. We will never refer anyone to them and will never do business with them again would not recommend them to anyone, they have also done our daughter wrong as well, they can’t keep help every time someone came to give us gas it was someone different cause someone had quit as far as their service department they have no clue they could not fix the issue at our daughters, we just got gas right before Thanksgiving and we are out now when we got home my husband took this picture and here is there problem and they want us to wait for someone to come out I can not cook cause we have a gas stove and I tried to explain our situation and Linda was really rude I am not dealing with rudeness I will go to a bigger company and get a discount for having a farm wouldLove to keep it with a small business but not with someone who is RUDE including the owner! If it was up to me I would not even give them a one star! I need a refund for my all the gas I just paid for and lost on November

The service of this company is very displeasing. Gas was ordered two weeks prior (ordered Dec. 15, delivered Dec. 29, 2020)to the day is was delivered. No estimated time or date was given to the customer in order to be home for delivery. The first day, gas was not delivered, Dec 21, 2020 due to no one being home (we'll own that issue). However, we contacted the company the following day to get them to come back out and again no date or time was given. So from Dec 22-Dec 24th someone was at the house all day during business hours. Each day we contacted the office to see what the issue was and was constantly told by April that he was coming and that she'd given him our contact number to let us know when he was on the way. Delivery was attempted again on Dec 26th (after the holiday was ruined), but people still have lives and after sitting home for 3 additional days, personal business needed to be handled outside the home. We were still told that the deliverer would be contacting us on Saturday to let us know when he'd be on the way so someone could be home. Monday, the homeowner went to the place of business with intentions on getting a refund, but was told the driver would be delivering that day. No one ever came. We never heard from Daniel until Dec. 29th around 9 in the morning that he would be coming around lunch. When he finally arrived, Jake another worker with Daniel spoke to one person that came to the door, but Daniel did not realize that it was multiple individuals in the home and had a nasty attitude when they came back to the door to complete the paperwork. So when we begin to explain we did not know what he was talking about because what was discussed with the first person and Jake, no one knew until after Daniel began speaking in a condescending tone. The entire situation was blown out of control and the customer was highly disrespected on their property due to the OWNER of the company Daniel being very unprofessional. The owner left the paper that needed to be signed "the paper work that is required by the federal law to show that the gas line from the tank to appliance had been checked" due to him having an attitude with the customer and sped off out of the year, kicking up rocks on vehicles in a truck the contains hazardous chemicals. This company needs to learn proper customer service, better communication, get an understanding of the necessity for logistics and scheduling. Would only recommend if it your last resort (and really wouldn't then honestly).

Would not recommend for anyone to do business they are all nice all they way up untill you pay for their service then customer satisfaction is out the window ... after you prepay for gas to be delivered and confirm when some one would be home for the leak test to be done ,god forbid you call and ask where your gas is at when they do not show up do not call do not do anything whatsoever ... customer satisfaction is at a zero level with me ... proper communication is key when running a business and they have zero communication after they receive your payment they don’t care about their customers or they would do what they say they will and treat there customers like that want repeat business 10/10 will be finding a. NEw gas company

Great people called and ask them to fill my tank on Friday evening and he had so many orders that he actually came and filled it two hours after dark in the ice cold pouring rain on Sunday night before veterans day. Hard working friendly Daniel tougher than the maian he delivers !

Placed an order and was told that they would be out the following Tuesday or Wednesday, nearly 2 weeks later, still haven't seen anybody. Even talked to Daniel who is supposedly the owner and was told by him that we would have gas that day... STILL NONE! They even have had trucks in my area on these days that just kept passing by our house, STILL NONE!

I LOVE THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT ECONOMY. NOT SURE WHAT THE GUY WAS TALKING ABOUT NOT USING THEM. THEY ARE GREAT. THEY HELP OUT WITH MAKING PAYMENTS TO THEM AND NOT HOUNDING YOU FOR MONEY WHEN YOU OWE THEM. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. JUST GIVE THEM A CALL AND THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO HELP YOU OUT.

The staff is always rude and unfriendly. They provide poor customer service and don't follow through with keeping arrangements and times for service work they are still in the stone ages, only accepting cash or check. I wouldn't recommend them to new customers seeking to conduct business .
