Worst place to rent from!!! Very raggedy & they don’t like to give you your deposit are if you over pay your rent they don’t want to pay it back! Very dirty apartments…. Don’t rent here!

My thing is I lived there for 10 years,did everything I was suppose to, moved out in January and they have yet to get my deposit. I talked to Amber on several occasions and she just says what the company tells her to tell you. I don't blame Amber she is a sweet girl, I blame the company.

There are many pros and cons. One of the many things I like is that were close to the police station and fire department. It tends to be quiet and they make an effort to keep the grounds clean. However, the prices are too high. After being here for years they would only raise the rent $10.00 every year but all of a sudden my rent went from $660 to $720 (trust me you can find more upgraded apts for less or the same amount)and the lie that you are given is that they are moving the prices to market rent. I requested to have an email address of the corporate manager and apparently people who pay rent can't have this means of contact with them. (another lie) Yes, right in the middle of the pandemic when people are struggling they raise the price. Corporate should be ashamed but there not. There either going to not respond or give a generalized message about how sorry they are about the experience and give a phone number pretending that they will call me back.

I have lived here going on three years now, and for the most part it has been a positive experience. The apartment is well maintained and feel things are pretty well taken care of around the area. It's quiet and peaceful place to live. Over all good experience since moving in here.

I love my apartment complex. Its a quiet neighborhood. Plus the manager Amber is awesome. If you need anything dealing with apartment she will make sure it gets done. She is so sweet. I will recommend these apartments to anybody. The maintenance people are nice and get the job done also. They are very professional. Then we are near stores and restaurants. The rent is affordable but don't worry if you have a problem with getting it in Amber will help you. She's the best. Awesome work guys, keep it up.

Terrible terrible place to rent would not recommend to anyone our ac has been broke for 2 months now our toilet wouldn’t flush for a month claimed they fixed it called them and told them it still didn’t work and then they finally called a professional office manager is very rude and stuck up they charge everyone different prices for rent there is no master bedroom two very small bedrooms very very tiny kitchen couldn’t fit two people in there elbow to elbow if your late on rent they charge you a $75 late fee then another $75 late fee making rent 830 for a apartment that used to be section 8 sometimes there is no where to park, mold everywhere and roaches everywhere this place is not worth it at all very run down
