“First time visiting (it was a week day). Very affordable ($8 for just a plain wash). Didn’t have to wait in long at all.
Only two complaints: 1) the hoses kept coming undone from the stall connection, so I had to keep pushing the hose back in. 2) not all stalls have both a flat vacuum and a thin vacuum.
Other than those two minor things, I recommend coming here.”

Gabe was extremely helpful with getting me the right wash and the manager Garry took the time to explain the fast pass program to me and go through my options.The detail staff was quick and thorough, I will be bringing my car back through here again soon.”
“Our favorite Rich’s in town. We pay for a monthly membership and we almost always go to this location! Always fully staffed, clean, great wash and great service. The manager at this location (forgot to get his name.. dark hair, neatly trimmed facial hair) is outstanding. I’m not sure if he’s new but he has whipped this location into SHAPE. He has helped my husband and I a few times and he is as sharp as a tack. Love it here!”

“The staff is very courteous but I was not happy with two things: They missed an area on my rear wheel well and they would not accept a business check which cost me extra due to credit card charges. I now have to make another trip to Maaco in saraland so they can touch up area that was missed. It’s 45 minutes drive one way so basically a half day is tied up due to oversight.”
“Love the monthly membership, especially during pollen season! Even though I park in the garage, my black vehicle shows dirt so easily. Love how this car wash always gets my car super clean. The free vacuum is a nice bonus and they are always super clean and in premium shape. The location on Schillinger Rd is very convenient.”
“Update, original review below. It seems my issue got lost in the system somehow. I now have every confidence that Rich's Car Wash - Saraland will make whatever issue you have right. I had an excellent experience with John, who knows what he is doing when it comes to wipers and car washes. I recommend this car wash. Nice people, who run an honest business!

"37 days ago I washed my car at Rich's Car Wash - Saraland. The wash ate the rear wiper off my car. I filled out a form for the attendants (who were very nice). As I write this, nothing has come of it. They did not even refund the cost of the wash. Do not go here! Nice people, shady business."”
“Great little place to get gas. Car wash and vacuums are also nice. The store usually has friendly and helpful staff and they are pretty clean. Good location too. They have unleaded and diesel. I don't think they have marine fuel though.”
