This is seriously the worst pharmacy on earth. I could bore you with the numerous amount of times they have failed me but I'll stick to the main points. They are incredibly slow. Horrible communication skills between the staff. Overall rude as fuck. I hope corporate sees this and closes this location.

it is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. it does not matter what time of day, or hat day of the week. it takes entirely too long. so if you n*** something filled in the same day, this is not your best option.

I have lived in Chelsea just over a year. I have been very pleased with my Pharmaceuticals dealings so far. I can't say that I've ever had a bad trip to Walgreen's! I always call a day ahead of their due date to give them time.

PSA: After having moved to Chelsea I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens right beside my neighborhood, after using Tuscaloosa pharmacy for more years than I can remember! What a nightmare! Mr heart failure physician notified me this AM he was calling in a medication I needed to take within 2 hours ( based on info obtained from a remote pressure transmission) He sent it in, I called pharmacy ( hold 13 minutes) then was informed they were so behind I couldn’t get it until in the morning. Explained urgency to no avail.. Happy ending- called Publix everything transferred without problem!

The "coupon" clipping to account for products does NOT work! I thought it was my mistake, but another customer behind me heard my coupons had not posted, finally two employees said "WE HAVE CALLED AND NOTHING HAPPENED" Boo to Walgreen on this. What is the problem, this was a favorite place to shop, not any more.

This is my most fave place to stop and restock. I can get my twizzlers, moisturizer, eyeliner, and an inexpensive alcoholic beverage all in one stop. The staff is always friendly and welcoming; they are ready to assist if needed. The store is always clean. This is definitely my pharmacy of choice.

This pharmacy in Chelsea is horrible. I wish there was a 0 rating. I switched over to the pharmacy since I didn't like my old one. The pharmacist said that is great, just ask for me. Then later on got mad when I did ask for him, lol. This staff is so rude and incompetent. When asked about medications they will give you false info and you have to call CVS just to find out they were wrong about their info in the first place. When you complain to the pharmacy manager he says your confused, lol. What am I confused about, lol.....that I did call your pharmacist, Rebecca and ask about a, b or c medication and was told there wasn't such a medication and then call CVS and they said there was such a medication, lol??? I then call my dr and get them to call that medication in that CVS told me about. That is a lot to be confused about, lol. NO, Scott, pharmacy manager, I think your confused that your staff works and they actually don't. OR maybe the whole deal is you don't want to work either. Numerous complaints and no change so I moved to another pharmacy. It is horrible when the pharmacy doesn't want to call insurance and makes you call since other pharmacies aren't that way. If you have an issue or a code comes up with your rx at other pharmacies that staff calls. At Chelsea, Al Walgreens only one staff member calls and if he is gone your SOL. And then that pharmacist gets mad that you ask for him only. Well then have your other pharmacists work then. And btw a pharmacist tech is NOT a pharmacist. I called one time at his pharmacy and the tech that answered the phone said she was the pharmacist when I asked to speak to a pharmacist. When I walked in the store to get my medications I saw the tech and asked the pharmacy manager if she was a pharmacist also and he said no, so I guess I was confused about that also. This is a horrible, incompetent pharmacy and the worse Ive ever used. No one wants to work. They just stand around saying inappropriate things, then get weird with you when you call them on their behavior. I guess it is hard to be a pharmacist at Chelsea, Al pharmacy since you might have to actually work. I just pray that CVS get our insurances contract back, they will call your insurance, actually call your drs office when they say they will and they will look up info on medications and be knowledgeable. Chelsea walgreens cant even look in a data base and see that a certain med is made, how hard is that, lol. A monkey can fill a bottle with a med, a real pharmacist doesn't just stand there and say I got a code, they will call your insurance....CVS does, so why doesn't Walgreens.....three words....they are lazy!!!!!!!!
