“First off the receptionist called me about my balance, and I asked her about making an appointment with Dr. Ham. She intern called me back three different times helping me get an appointment with her before the Dr. went on Vacation. “I unfortunately found myself in need of emergency animal care after my dog was attacked and bitten one Sunday morning. Fortunately his wounds were minor and I was able to clean them and stop the bleeding at home, but I wanted him seen professionally as infections can happen very easily when there is a bite wound. I called a nearby vet ER who mentioned that if I waited until noon I could check out the double oak urgent care which is substantially less expensive. That is exactly what I did. What would've been a $600 emergency visit was instead a $130 bill including medication. Dr Rutter and her team were kind and helpful and I greatly appreciated this option. Please consider supporting this urgent care should the need come up! It's such a great option when an emergency arises.”

They were very communicative and you could tell they really cared about the animals. They saved my dog's life and I will be forever thankful to Dr.Hoff.”
“5 stars just aren't enough for 280 AMC- We have a multitude of animals (13 total including some farm animals) and Dr's Jay and Sarah are absolutely the best in what they do. Like human drs, you can't teach someone bedside manners and compassion and this staff has THAT! Yes, they are very knowledgeable on procedures and pharma and disease processes but their love for the animals is why I love them! I have had to call after hours for concerns on several occasions and they have offered to meet me or wait on me to drive to the clinic to treat my fur babies. When I have had to say good-bye to 2 of my senior dogs, Dr Jay showed so much compassion and helped ease my heart as much as it could be. And not to be overlooked are the techs and front desk- They love what they do and it shows. They are always kind and loving with our babies and I never worry about the level of care they will receive if they require an overnight stay. I truly can't praise 280AMC enough.”
“A family member was in a wreck and taken to UAB hospital. His dog "Bama" survived the wreck and was taken from the site to the Clinic by a wonderful person for care. The Clinic cleaned and cared for Bama until we could get there to pick her up. Our family will always remember the kind lady that rescued Bama from the roadside and all the Clinic caregivers that treated us so well and reconnected us to Bama. Love you all.”
“I always have a great experience at Britt! They are efficient and thorough in treating my cat. Dr. Eason was patient as my cat yelled at him throughout my most recent appointment. Dr. Eason also always thinks about what will be the easiest way to give my cat the treatment at home. I have previously seen Dr. Hicks and she is amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this clinic.”

“Chelsea at Village Pet Grooming in Mtn Brook is by far hands down the BEST groomer in town!! After a long search and bad haircuts I finally found a groomer who actually knew what she was doing. She gave my boys Jackson (aussie/doodle) and Miller (springer spaniel) the most awesome cuts ever. Never too short always just right. After 1.5 yrs the boys and I highly recommend her!”
“This vet practice is awesome! The staff are super nice as are the vets. I always recommend on apps like nextdoor, when someone in the area is looking for a vet. Not difficult to get an appt or medication (refills) either. They have been treating my shepherd for well appts and emergencies since I moved to the area, and now they see his adopted sister too. Highly recommend if looking for a vet!!!”
“I boarded my GSD for a week here. Great price and great people from what I could tell. He had a stomach issue late in the week and they treated him for it which they ask you if they can do when you drop off. It also looked like they washed his dog bed and put it back together better than I ever have. The comment card they filled out each day on how he was and what he did was a nice touch I thought. No complaints and will use them again.”
“Dr Holmes and all the staff are wonderful. Our Korat cat Jinx loved being there when we would go on trips. And they loved him. The annual care was professional and left out nothing. Then the end came for our 15 year old friend. We sat with him at the vets as he passed away. Dr Holmes and her assistant that day were compassionate and attentive. It was a sad day, but made better by their presence. I recommend Holmes Feline Clinic to anyone who loves their cats. LaMon B.”

“Wonderful vet specialist. Auburn was great to us and we're very grateful for their diagnostic abilities but Dr Lothrop actually got us the medication we needed for our baby when Auburn wouldn't. His office staff is wonderful and very professional. Dr Lothrop is super down to earth and a very comforting and understanding vet. I can't recommend them enough and our pet is doing wonderfully on chemo.”

“I had an amazing experience at Chelsea Animal Hospital! I made my appointment Wednesday night at 10 PM and was able to be staying the very next for my dog who had a hotspot. Dr. Hudgins was so kind knowledgeable! The next day I called back with further concerns and was able to pick up a prescription that afternoon. The animal hospital team goes above and beyond expectations at a very affordable price! Keep up the amazing work, the Chelsea community appreciates it!”
