“Double Oak Mountain Veterinary Clinic is amazing! Dr. Barbara Monaghan did her due diligence, unlike other vets. She actually did an ultrasound on my cat’s bladder to see where the blood was coming from because he didn’t have any crystals. It turned out he had a large mass, which was a tumor. She treated me with so much compassion and gave me a wealth of information and knowledge. She spent a lot of time explaining all the possibilities and how rare this case was. Although she’s retired now, she still works there some weeks. She’s the best vet I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful she was there that night when my cat was blocked again from blood clots. Thank you again, Double Oak Mountain Veterinary Clinic. You all are the best!”

“5 stars just aren't enough for 280 AMC- We have a multitude of animals (13 total including some farm animals) and Dr's Jay and Sarah are absolutely the best in what they do. Like human drs, you can't teach someone bedside manners and compassion and this staff has THAT! Yes, they are very knowledgeable on procedures and pharma and disease processes but their love for the animals is why I love them! I have had to call after hours for concerns on several occasions and they have offered to meet me or wait on me to drive to the clinic to treat my fur babies. When I have had to say good-bye to 2 of my senior dogs, Dr Jay showed so much compassion and helped ease my heart as much as it could be. And not to be overlooked are the techs and front desk- They love what they do and it shows. They are always kind and loving with our babies and I never worry about the level of care they will receive if they require an overnight stay. I truly can't praise 280AMC enough.”
“Wonderful vet specialist. Auburn was great to us and we're very grateful for their diagnostic abilities but Dr Lothrop actually got us the medication we needed for our baby when Auburn wouldn't. His office staff is wonderful and very professional. Dr Lothrop is super down to earth and a very comforting and understanding vet. I can't recommend them enough and our pet is doing wonderfully on chemo.”

“Dr Holmes and all the staff are wonderful. Our Korat cat Jinx loved being there when we would go on trips. And they loved him. The annual care was professional and left out nothing. Then the end came for our 15 year old friend. We sat with him at the vets as he passed away. Dr Holmes and her assistant that day were compassionate and attentive. “We have seven dogs and then we trust Dr. Jordan with each of them. He always seems to make the right diagnosis in a timely fashion. We are 100% satisfied with his care. When other people are unable to get satisfaction from their veterinarian we send them to Dr. Jordan and everyone of them is very pleased with his care. The CaIdwellMill animal clinic is a very nice staff very receptive. I have used many vets in town and continue to use special events for breeding, however, for general veterinary care from minor to severe you cannot beat Dr. Jordan.”

“I went with my friend to have his dog's ear examined. The dog was miserable and shaking her head and whining. They were incredibly helpful and also understanding when we showed up 30 minutes late. My friends' dog was incredibly comfortable (save for the pain she was having in her ear) and I felt as if the team truly cared for her well being because they were behaving so lovingly towards her. This vet is over 30 minutes from my home; and now I am going to bring MY three dogs to see this vet at Britt Animal Hospital because of the positive attitude of the staff. They were incredibly caring about how poorly my friends dog was feeling. The doctor's and veterinary assistant's compassion and "bedside manner" is TOP NOTCH!”
