So I went yesterday to get 2 grill tanks filled. The girl at the register said go to the propane filling area and I’ll send the guy out. We drive there and some nerd comes walking up and says , we can’t fill the tanks because lightening is in the area. It had rained for about 5 minutes an hour earlier. And the sky was blue. If lightening hits 2 miles away it isn’t going to ignite the whole universe because a puff of propane is released in the atmosphere 2 miles away. If it hit the nerd directly he’s going to die anyway. I went to the Pelham store and they didn’t have morons working there and they filled our tanks

One star for them selling bad chicken feed this year. It made chickens stop laying. Servicing the cabal to keep us from becoming self sufficient snd not dependent or fake or GMO food. Otherwise, the workers there are very responsive and helpful.

Sunday 12:01, 07-16/23Staff not friendly at all. Cashier just looks at you coming in and checking out. Nothing from him, manager standing beside checkout, just staring at people didn’t say a word.

Shout out to Doug & the team at Chelsea AL Tractor Supply. We’ve been shopping there for years for H/W & pet supplies and have always had a great experience. They always greet & offer assistance. Doug went above the call of duty last Sat. I am totally disabled & last week we had a bad tire go flat as we entered the parking lot. Although dozens of people drove in & out, not one offered help. Once Doug learned of the situation, he came out with the tools & did the entire tire change including inflating the never before used spare. It’s nice to know that there are still good people in the world. I would hazard to guess that if this had happened at the big blue or orange box stores, the story would have been different. Thx to everyone there for being a true neighborhood store & just good people.

Well stocked store with friendly staff. The prices are higher than Harbor Freight but you get what you pay for.
