    The one bad comment was evicted through the courts and also evicted from the rental property after this park. . Bad behavior is not tolerated . A lease was made to follow. Moving in multiple pets and people without authority is a violation of the lease agreement . The courts agreed. We are a family and one bad apple... read full comment

    Ive lived here for going on almost 3 years now its a great place to live the rent is very reasonable and dawn thorton she owns amd runs the park. She is a very sweet kind person . She's the best landlord ive ever known
