Would select 0 stars is it was an option! We went to this store on a 05/04, a Saturday to get exterior door paint. Left with interior paint after we discussed, confirmed and showed the associates pictures of the outdoor things we were painting. Everyone in the store, including the manager, seemed to be in Lala land when responding to questions and listening. We will never visit this store again and if you have questions this is not the store for you.

Requested assistance from one of the professionals at Sherwin Williams to help match deck color of stain (which was purchased there originally). Feeling confident after looking at the swatch and recommendation of the employee bought 3 cans. It was no where near close to the color. My husband went back and showed the Sherwin Williams employee the contrast and bought 3 more of another color called pinecone and it was absolutely worse. He went back the 3rd time and a different employee could not understand why it was so far off and added black to take the orange out and it still does not even come close to what we need. Add it up folks 6 cans of paint that is useless. We are going to donate . Update…. after speaking with the manager Josh and Casey and taking in a piece of the existing paint they were able to coordinate a color close to what we currently have and exchanged 3 of the six cans of paint. The staff at the Chelsea, AL location are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this business. Nice experience.

We called ahead to the store and spoke with Andrew, who answered our questions. He prepared our order before our arrival, therefore my husband was able to walk in, pay for, and leave in a minimal amount of time. Very efficient and great customer service.
