Very surprised by the rude and unhelpful out of stock and check back tomorrow I then explained for the 2nd time that I’m leaving tomorrow at 1400. Response -“Best thing you can do is call back” two clicks and they could have told me that Lee branch had it in stock but I guess that was to much to ask the lady this afternoon. Big shout and Thanks to Julie at Lee branch for putting forth effort my pharmacy of a decade didn't.

I have used the Publix Pharmacy at Chelsea for several years now. I have always been happy with the service I have received. The staff is friendly and the pharmacists are always helpful and patient with my questions and concerns.

After two trips to pickup prescriptions and they are still not ready. After the first attempt to pickup I was told they would be ready at 4:30 and at 4:55 I was told it would be another hour. I live 15 miles from here, it’s not like I can just run back down here!

Better than Walgreens but there are some rude employees at this location. Prepare to be snapped on!

I just wanted to get on and post a review. I have loved Publix pharmacy. I have a certain medication that tends to be on back order sometimes, and they go above and beyond to help. They called pharmacies around Chelsea and made sure my prescription was taken care of. They are absolutely wonderful. We love them and I am so thankful for the wonderful pharmacists there! I can't give them enough stars! Thank you so much!

I just want to commend one of the managers at Publix, I was in the store shopping when my parked car was hit in the parking lot, the person fled (hit and run ), I was lucky that one of the managers happen to see it and snapped a pic of that persons car and tag,he also worked with me in getting their insurance to pay for my damage or I would have been $$ out of pocket . A million thanks to Michael for being a dedicated employee and caring and helping customers in so many ways!

Great place to shop for groceries! The bakery is awesome, everything is so delicious! The store is very clean, with friendly staff, and never have to wait in line over 5 min to check out.

Tonight after the 5th mistake that has been made since using this pharmacy I've decided to switch to another pharmacy. These mistakes range from dangerous to inconvenient. I told them this evening that they scare me.They we're really rude when II pointed their error out.
What if I had not caught these errors? How many mistakes do they make that customers don't catch?

I had collapsed at the store today, nearly passed out, and everyone was so amazing! They were right on offering to call me a ride or ambulance, brought me water, a wheelchair, and ice. They stopped the cart people from coming in also. I don't remember much of it or anyone there, but this is what I was told was happening. They definitely were amazing! thank you all!!
