“I hope this review gets to the proper leadership so that they are informed on how great and dedicated of a worker they have in Lindsey DeShazo.
During the process of getting insurance for my business she came down with Covid plus her little one got sick as well.
As humans we forget we are human and we have a life outside of what we do for a living, and others do too. She continued to work through her sickness, responding to text and getting my papers push through.
In today's society many would have ignored us or made excuses.
Her dedication to customer service is Gold in this age where customer service doesn't even exist. I appreciate her sacrifice and the effort she put forth in helping me.
