Had to get a side mirror painted to match the body color so it was a small job and I wasn’t sure if they would take it on. I walked in and directly they jumped up ready to help with my small project. They got my information and in less than 2 minutes a deal had been struck and they went to work. That same week they called and said it was done and ready to be picked up. What a great job and the professional service was first class. If they can handle my small job and treat me like my project was just as important as any other they will take care of you with great service too. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Pulled up to the spot the owner was washing a car and very rudely while I was talking to one of his employees who asked me how I was doing and taking the time to respond to him and wanted to ask was it ok to park in front of the door. The owner asked what do you need and before I could answer told me estimate were up front. Office staff was cool told me they are backed up and could be a year before could get to my repairs. Just tried to spend money local first.

Great work on a car that got the front end badly messed up during a hurricane. 4 stars because they left a socket in the fender well that caused quite a ruckus and was difficult to find. They matched the paint pretty well although I felt it had a little too much flake for the metallic, as you could tell it looked different than the factory. But close enough that most wouldn’t notice. Done in a timely manner!

I took my car in Tuesday after a minor accident and they were able to take my car in that day and have it back to me Friday afternoon. The damage that had been done in the accident was completely fixed - they even detailed my car prior to pick up! Excellent customer service!!!

Franklin paint and body just rebuilt the front of our 2011 Toyota Prius.After hitting a deer we had to pay out of pocket to fix this, and they worked with us to ensure we got the best for our money.
