“I like Kohls. Wide selection of most everything clothes. I like the kitchen supplies as well. Generally well stocked and staffed. Customer service is a little janky. It’s almost like they just change the rules on Kohls cash to see if they can make you mad.”
“I helped build this store in my early 20s I’m now 30. And to stop by when I’m out this way and see how well it’s doing and how CLEAN it is! My God! Jeremy is absolutely outstanding. I’ve worked at Lorna road(helped build that one and worked there a long time), I’ve worked at Helena, and I’ve worked at valleydale. This store is amazing. The young ladies at self checkout today around 3PM were amazing and attentive. If you ever shop at Lorna road or any neighborhood Walmart really in the area, you’ll see a difference. The pandemic ended, and the supply chain doesn't have a shortage now, but the prices are still double and triple from a year ago.
The cashiers who have been there for years are better than the ones who think taking their break is more important than waiting on their customers, and will close their line with customer still in it. Giving raises and Paying more won't buy good work habits. They either have good customer skills or they don't.”
