My Honda 2004 was a problem to fix. But after several times taking it back Chelsea Tire fixed the problem. I got it and took it on a test. I would speed up and then push on the brakes. I did this 20 times and the former problem of brakes shutting down the car did not occur. So, I believe the car has fixed. I appreciate that Chelsea Tire continued to try to solve the problem. We were visiting Birmingham when our car began experiencing air conditioner issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest staff that began assessing our problem in a very timely manner. We were provided a nice, clean area in which to wait while they replaced our blower motor. The staff made sure we were provided updates throughout our stay… we were back on the road in a nice, cool vehicle in no time. If you are searching for a friendly, efficient repair shop that treats you like family, please give them a visit!

I’ll keep this as short and clear as possible.
I used Chelsea tire in the past many times for work and previously was happy.
After my recent experience I won’t be using them ever again and I’m very disappointed in the way thing have been handled thus far as the employee Tracy attempted to gaslight me on the telephone and I admit I lost my temper. This is because I hate being lied to and I dislike people making snap judgments based off is zero evidence.
I had an employee drop my GMC Duramax off due to my AC blowing hot most of the time. The technician said “nothing is wrong with your AC, it’s blowing cold” my employee told them to add Freon in spite of them saying nothing was wrong. As Tracy put it when he tried t drive a wedge between me and my employee. “She said it’s not my money I don’t care”. Jokes on him I was glad she asked for them to put Freon in.
I got my truck back and it was still blowing hot. My workers riding with me can witness that it was blowing hot.
I then hired a reputable mobile mechanic that came highly recommended to me. He checked the system and found that it had barely any Freon I. The system. He added Freon and tested the pressures and it was holding pressure and blowing ice cold. He checked and says there’s no leak. My wife wrote an email and all she read really hoping for was a refund for the Freon charge as my mobile mechanic stated that the evidence he found lead him to believe that either they put Freon in the wrong spot or didn’t install any at all.
Tracy was insistent that there must be a leak in the system since there was no Freon. My mobile mechanic checked pressures and the trucks AC has been blowing cold ever since he fixed the issue. My logical thought to Tracy saying there’s definitely a leak in my AC system is. Why didn’t Chelsea tire find the leak? They told my employee that the AC system was fine. Nothing was wrong with it and it was blowing cold. You tell me what’s wrong with this picture if I was told the AC system was perfect. And when I bring my issue and told them my other mechanic fixed it please refund my money and Tracy tells me I’m not gonna do anything until I speak to my manager and your system has to have a leak.
i hate to do this over only $200 bucks but honestly and integrity is a lost art. Although I do acknowledge I lost my temper with Tracy it was his passing the blame and gaslighting that angered me.

Had a great experience from start to finish in getting my sports car’s suspension aligned to the specs I wanted for Auto-crossing & getting tires balanced. From first phone call to schedule appt., to arriving at the shop and checking in, to meeting with techs to discuss what I wanted. Sorry that I can’t remember everyone’s names, (other than Kim & Clyde), but each one of the four all provided excellent customer service and great work! I’ll be back!

I love that I can trust Chelsea Tire Pros. I'm not a mechanic so I have to know that when I take my vehicle in some where that I can trust the people that I leave it with. Took my car in yesterday knowing that I needed brakes due to a noise I was hearing. They called and said the brakes look like new and it was just a rock that had gotten trapped behind the pads. Thank you Chelsea Tire for being Honest and dependable. Ray Franklin
