Poor customer service. I ordered gas and was given a delivery date 10 days out. Kind of slow? After I had ordered I saw we were going to have bitter cold. I called back and explained that my wife was sick{cancer} and could we speed up the delivery. I was given a Saturday date which was 4 days sooner. I did not get a Sat. delivery, infact my delivery ended up past my original date.

Just recently moved to a home the required gas. Searched around and finally found a gas company that would deliver. Called on 01/06/22 for pricing, called back and paid for service on 01/07/22. Was told they would be here to deliver on 01/11/22. Was first advised not to let tank go below 20% told the lady this I talked to on 01/07/22,she started it's okay just reserve the use. Ok so Monday 01/11 comes and passes and no one shows up called and was told it will be 01/20/22 before they can get anyone here or 5-7days to be refunded. What the heck?!? I have 3 small children and it has been a nightmare because temps have been getting really low at night and I can't run heater for fear of not having heat to feed my children. Next time tell someone this prior to them paying you. I could have used that money for heaters to keep my children warm at night. If you could rate lower than one star I most definitely would have!

Ordered gas 2 weeks ago. Promised delivery date has come and no gas is delivered yet! I waited 2 1/2 hours for a call back only to be told that they “might” be here tomorrow! I’ve never had issues with them in the past; what’s changed?? Definitely considering switching to another provider

Horrible service a woman name christen in the Alabama location very nasty and the drivers lie like they come out and don’t give you gas on they’re date I’ve been waiting over a month I have a four month old baby and a four year old daughter they don’t care

Very poor customer service. Even in the height of busy season you should treat your customers with respect and try to help them.
