I broke my phone and thought I wasn’t going to be able to get in touch with my family until I met this young lady name Caitlyn she hooked a real one up you better look out nah you got the best employee over there she gone need a real hookup raise because she a real one I will be definitely coming back for a upgrade soon at the location at Verizon Centre AL thank you so much.

Caitlyn is wonderful!!!! I never met anyone so knowledgeable about all the products Verizon has to offer, very polite, and has it together!!!! Verizon give Caitlyn a raise on her paycheck!!!! You don't want this employee to get away!!!! Thank you Caitlyn!!!!!

Better be careful especially if they take your phone for some reason, they switched my plan to unlimited WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, then had to get the charges removed, then went to AT&T .I'm happy now ,not one time has AT&T raised, or changed my plan,and I get great service. Watch this store .Originally went to the Centre store but was FT PAYNE STORE THAT ALSO DID THIS BUT EVEN WORSE

Watch Caitlyn she put an extra phone and phone line that we did not get first charge was over $100 & 2nd month i have found $40 for a phone and line we don't have . Plus signed us up for the Netflix bundle and Disney bundle i am being charged thru Verizon and also thru HBO so she didn't cancel the HBO like she said .

Whitney Black is the best!!! She is so helpful and personable! She made our time there wonderful!! We kept her part time and she never once acted irritated or acted like we bothered her.
