I always go to Tractor supply for dog food, This is the store that I visit most often. Justin and all the other employees are very professional, I think this store has some of the best customer service. You can honestly tell that the employees here like their job and love greeting and helping customers.

Tonight was our monthly feed pick up and we stood in line with all of holding bags of feed while the only register open was doing a return for another customer, we stood there for about 5 minutes waiting patiently. A group of other people walked up behind us and they ask them to cone to the next register and they would wait on them there. Maybe they were friends, maybe they were better customers, unsure of the situation. But after the manager assisting with the returns saw no problem skipping over us. We can buy our feed elsewhere.

Went to the Centre Alabama location and needed dog food and some hip and joint chews for my dog and an associate “Ansley” was the most helpful and sweetest young lady helping me get what I needed. I now love going to this location and will drive from Cave Springs for my dog supplies now!

Went in today with my boyfriend to just get a tire for his trailer. nothing crazy honestly we grabbed the tire and went to cash register. i asked if the cashier if they had any phone chargers to which they replied no. not a big deal and honestly not surprised. why would they have phone chargers? well the very kind woman at the cash register gave me her own personal charger! seriously who does such kind stuff like that for a total stranger? I wish I had grabbed her name but she was doing her job and i didn’t want to take away more time from her. restored faith in humanity today !

Brought my Service dog in to use self wash.Had very little soap, didn't even give us a towel. All of the brushes where rusty.(I understand water causes rust but they need to be changed out)I will be sticking to my home tractor supply.
