My puppy had been bleeding when he used bathroom so I took him to see what was wrong, he had worms. Luckily it wasn't too bad but they got me in and out. This was in 2023.

Was a sad situation, but I knew it would be before left. My sweet baby cat was 3 weeks from being 21. We had lost his brother when he was nearly 16. DR. Nichols was great. Coul tell that our babies weren't just cats they were part of the family. He gave them a very honorable discharge. But NEVER forced it on us. He gave us options and ran test to make sure.

I moved out of Centre 5 years ago but still bring my fur babies here. The staff is awesome and very compensate.

I drove over two hours to come here and I am thrilled at how clean my dogs teeth are for $170. The office is clean and easy to get to. The staff is friendly and I would highly recommend even if you have to drive four or five hours. They make caring for your pet affordable and accessible to all people. Most places wanted more than I earn in a month on disability and unfortunately I’ve had to deal with stinky breath for my poodle for three years. Thankfully, none of her teeth were bad and they’re absolutely gorgeous now. Thank you so much Nichols animal hospital.

Not ashamed to say that Roger does an exceptional job at his craft. I am also his aunt's granddaughter. Roger has refused to euthanize my foster dog, and mostly for petty reasons previously in the past. I made a Facebook review that is no longer present. I stated while being there, keep in mind this is during Covid and wait times are not going to be as prompt. That was totally fine. It was my boyfriend's birthday that day too. Then he got stung by a bee, almost goes into anaphylactic shock as I tried waving down a nurse to simply notify that if they call for us, we might be in an emergency room. Roger asked me to take the post down, and I refused because I believe it is best to exhibit care for your customers that trust you with their babies. Not just family! Also during a family reunion last year, Roger never approached me to apologize. I spoke first politely say, "hello", and be on my way. It shouldn't be that hard to acknowledge or take accountability, expected much more nobility from Roger as he makes it seem.Shoutout to Southside Vet for euthanizing my baby and giving me the cutest box for her ashes and having the most absolute understanding throughout the entire process.

Words can’t express my appreciation of Dr. Nichols and his staff. My elderly dog broke his leg and Westside Emergency Vet in Lithia Springs refused to x-ray him and basically said he was too old for the surgery he would need so I had a tough decision to make. Long story short, Dr. Nichols x-rayed and splinted his little leg and said no surgery was needed. He’s hopping around like a happy little bunny getting better each day. I owe my baby’s life to these people. We will be driving back to Alabama for his follow up appointments.

Boarding my pup, Jasper, here and before he was scheduled to stay he had a sudden and severe issue with his bottom. I was so worried. Thanks to Dr. Nichols kindness and that of his caring and compassionate team, I was able to leave my sweet boy there with full confidence he was going to be ok and well cared for as well. Excellent vet and truly caring people. Thank you so much!!!

We loved it here. The 2 ladies working at the desk were kind & helpful, the tech who drew labs was a treasure. Dr. Nichols listened closely & offered suggestions, along with the meds needed!
