Always friendly! They stay BUSY so there is a little wait but they are great about drop off and pick ups. Can even pick it up after hours in most cases. Local business. Been here a long time! Thank you OK Tire for your service in Cherokee County. Recently went for a front end alignment and new tires. They helped me pick out a better tire for a cheaper price.

The people at OK Tire are great! He is always helpful with whatever car problem I'm having and the lady who answers the calls is so kind and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! I had an oil change and filter change at OK Tire on Friday afternoon before New Years weekend. On Saturday evening I noticed an oil leak due to unknown causes.
Being a holiday weekend, I had no idea how to contact Tim (owner) by phone so I took a long shot and messaged him via my wife’s Facebook to explain the problem and left my cell number. At approximately 6:30 on Sunday morning (New Years Eve morning) Tim called me and said he would meet me at the shop after church to see what was going on. I met with Tim at the shop where he quickly found and resolved the issue.
There are not enough adjectives to describe this type of above and beyond customer service!!
I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!
