It is extremely overpriced. Most of the things in there are extremely used which is somewhat expected but they charge almost new prices for it.

Manager charged me more than prices marked. Then he got snippy with me when I mentioned it. This store wanted $15.00 for a pair of broken shoes. I wouldn't let my Granddaughter get them. I haven't been back....may not. It's just not right for a " Christian" store to be like that.

Let me share an experience I had today with the Beauty For Ashes Recovery Thrift Store, next door to McDonalds in Centre. I will never carry another thing to this organization! When I pulled up, a lady sitting out front doing nothing, with her phone in her hand. I go inside and find a guy laying on a bed. He finally asked if he could help me. I told him I had four or five boxes of various clothes hangers, and asked if they could use them. He said yes, pull to the back and they will unload them. He said he would meet me back there with a receipt. I pulled around back. Three guys sitting on the back porch/deck/stoop or whatever you want to call it. All three came to the truck. Load the boxes on a shopping cart and carried them directly to the dumpster and threw them in. I asked the guy doing all the talking and bossing, if they couldn’t use them. He said yes, we can use the black ones but I don’t feel like going through them. Five people there and not a single one of them doing anything! Never again will I offer them anything!!!

So I brought my son in with me today. It was my first time ever visiting. Wasn’t even greeted by a single person. This place has a weird smell and is insanely overpriced. Furthermore, I was followed around by an employee I guess making sure I didn’t steal anything. The vibe is definitely less than welcoming from “Christians.”

I enjoy shopping at this store. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this store to everyone. If you don't shop at thrift stores just feel free to make a donation.

Not to be a Karen. But I just had a very bad experience at this thrift store. Me and my mom pulled into the parking lot and saw an employee and asked if they were closed. He said yes but to go on in. As soon as we walked in another employee said “we’re closed” in a rude tone. I understand it’s the end of the day and you’re wanting to close up and go home. But that doesn’t mean to be rude to potential customers. Will not be going back (:
