He let me wait inside for my Uber so I wasn’t alone in downtown. They had excellent communication and were honest and fair. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs!”
“Yesterday, Tuesday Aug 27, I took my truck to Panos Automotive for a tire repair and reinstallation of the wheel and removal of the spare
They were extremely busy, but one of the mechanics knocked it out immediately for me, while he had another vehicle on a rack for an oil change.
I'm a repeat customer, though the last work was done back in 2019.
The price was fair, and you can't beat the service I received. Plus, they gave me a generous Veteran discount.
I will not hesitate to use Panos Automotive for all my future vehicle service and repair needs.”

They get you in and out in the promised time frame, unless further work needs to be done.But even with that work I was out of their in 1.5 hours..I highly recommend this company for service.”

“The one I went to in Trussville. They don't like to work. They will make it seem like your car is so bad you can't drive it then they will tell you to go to the Roebuck store. Unbelievable”
“They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner. They replaced that too. I had it replaced s year and a half ago. It's restored my confidence in Ford. This dealership changed ownership last year and it changed for the better.”
“Technicians quickly completed the intake process, took my phone number, texted me when it was completed, The only issue I had was the lack of customer service with the manager once I arrived to checkout. He looked at me while I was standing at the register and didn't make any effort to approach until the store phone rang; even then he hesitated as if he wanted to continue stacking boxes ?. Then he answered the phone and told me to hold on. I was happy with the entire process until then, I actually left a bit upset. I will return in the future but I'll try to avoid this manager at all cost.”
