There is a cashier behind the register but is making everyone use self checkout. She's scanning the items at self checkout but doesn't have a register open to checkout other customers. The line is SUPER long... Make it make sense

Completely nasty store and rude employees, if you keep your business nasty and with employees that do not have good attitudes towards their customers then you need to close or restructure your business.
