“Great store! I love having this close to my home!!! It's fun to pop in there and get something I need or just walk around and look at everything!!The young men at the store are always so friendly and ask if they can help you find anything. But the women( not girls) are rude and almost haughty. There is one woman who, at first, I thought she must just be having a bad day. But each time I go in there, she is equally unfriendly and I always have to ask her to please put my stuff in a bag. She seems that she feels that she is doing me a huge favor to even wait on me so she can take my money. She is not a good representation of who Tractor Supply needs to have at the front and as the lead cashier. She has shoulder- length brown hair. I went today to buy something and I listened to the other cashier who was being helpful to her customer. The one I spoke of was there to doing her chore to wait on someone who needed to check-out.Thankfully, I was able to use the self checkout and the customer ahead of me was very friendly!!Wish it would wear off on this one woman. I wish she would have a good day because she just never seems to be.”

“Am I the only one who forget about HomeGoods?! I came here to browse around during my lunch. This wasn't the best idea; as there is just so much to explore. In a good way! I was very intrigued with the selections offered. It's literally something for every room in the house . All priced reasonable ... isn't that great?! I received courteous service at checkout. Since I was on a tight schedule , I will have to return to shop more and use up my gift card balance. This was a good shopping experience!”
“I am new in Alabama and I want to the Kohls store in Trussville. Selena the sales associate greeted everyone who entered and my husband and I purchased jewelry and she is soo professional and represent the store very well.”

“I went in here the other day looking for a small makeup mirror, and I did not find one. The store was extremely empty from what I saw. Most of the shelves were bare and they had only 4-5 pairs of shoes in a size 10 women's. I'm not sure if it was a transitional state from the holidays or if it is always like that.”
“Lot's of history surrounding the Pants Store. Family owned businesses are my ideal places to support and this place is a great choice to shop at. They have so many options of clothing both men & women's. They're also 1 of multiple locations across the state so you can support them almost anywhere in Alabama.”

“Had just what I needed at a very good price. Clerk was very good for she was able to ring up my sale even though the person she was ringing up left the counter to go to the other side of the store to get another item or two.”
“i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure.all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want.Service: Haircut”
“I would like to commend the African American cashier this morning at Big Lots in Trussville. She greeted every customer that came in and was so friendly both in the store and checking me out. I wish I had gotten her name, but it was about 9:30 am on 3/30/24”
“Jasmine always spoke so highly of Citi Trends. She loved their selection and that everything is very reasonably priced. I had never been to a Citi Trends before, but had heard her talk about it as being one of her go tos. Not having anything to compare this experience to, I talked with Jasmine and she told me that this is a smaller location. Typically there is an entire purse section and much more fluff around. But this store was a lot different. When we first came inside, any other bags we were holding we had to give to the girls behind the register. I had heard that this was a practice, but had not seen it in person. This makes sure that no one can steal or put something into their other bags without anyone watching. Other then this being a smaller store compared to others in and around the area, it was a pretty great experience. They had lots of things to look at and tons of options from women's and children's clothing to jewelry, accessories and even some candies and snacks. Not sure if I'll be back, but again, was happy to have experienced it!”
“This Belks location is so very organized and feels more like an upscale shopping...The staff were very helpful...And being from the Atlanta area...I was shocked...Way to go Staff.. I had to brag on him while I was there. The store is so much more organized and the empoyees are great. I come to this store at least twice a month and I’m so glad to see it’s now in good hands.”

“I really despise shopping, especially for groceries. This location can & does get busy. Personally, I will shop during non peak hours if possible. If you are on a mission, you can be in & out with record timing.
