We set a date and he gave me a time and said he would call when they were headed my way. He arrived at the time given. Both Kaleb and Isaiah were very friendly and courteous. They started detailing my car immediately. My white Lexus RX350 is showroom beautiful. Most importantly,they are honest! Several months ago I dropped some cash between the seat and console. “Had stopped for an estimate to paint a scratch on my drivers side mirror done by a target employee at the store parking lot. A gentleman came outside to take a quick look and offered to see if he could buff it out by hand. He done such a great job buffing with just a small rag and compound, inside a couple minutes the scratches were gone and didn't charge me at all. I had chosen Hudsons because my girlfriend had her jeep taken there for repair and they did a great job and was really fast! Thank you for both occasions! I highly recommend”

“My family and I were traveling back to New Orleans from my sister-in-law's wedding in Nashville, and our truck's serpentine belt and idler pulley broke. We were totally stranded with our two babies and a dead truck, six hours from home. It was after closing time, and my husband called multiple repair shops, but no one would help us. Magic City Auto Works came to the rescue! We had our truck towed over to Magic City Auto Works and were back on the road within hours. We were able to get home safely because of their kindness (and didn't go into debt because of their fair prices)!”

“I went through insurance. They were professional and took a lot of pictures. They made sure that any thing that appeared to be a result of the issue was documented. It took a while to order parts ( on backorder) but they tried to find other solutions, like preused parts ( also helps price). They did the work in less time then they predicted. And held my car for a week until I was able to get there.There was an issue with the glue that held the vinal in my car. I took it back and it was immediately fixed. They didn't complain or make excuses. He said the glue failed due to sitting in the heat and he would reapply and reset it. I haven't had issues since.Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.I had Josh M as the person managing my car. He is definitely good at his job and made me feel like I was in the best hands from the first moment.Please keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait. They are incredibly busy and the phone rang the entire time I was there, but they work as fast as they can while keeping up their standards”
“Husband broke down on the 119/280 left turn lane. He called a tow and the Said 90 minutes, I show up to help and I called Murray's in Leeds! 30 minutes, Dane was very thoughtful and concerned about our safety and put us at ease as it was now 8pm and dark. We towed car to the garage Thursday night on labor day weekend. Car needed an alternator and starter, that being said they were very professional about calling, pricing, etc. Car was fixed by Wednesday and they replaced my intake manifold gasket. Betsy is so happy, she lives to drive many more days. Thank you Murray's garage”

“Just picked up my Ranger from Donnies. The job they did was perfect, no trace of previous damage to the bumper and rear bed. Paint looked as good as factory. State Farm had recommended Joe Hudson for repair, but about a week later than their estimate, State Farm called and said parts were not available, so I had a recommendation from a friend for Donnies. Brought it to them on Apr 5th and picked it up today, 14th. Donnie was able to find all parts needed, price was a few dollars less than Joe Hudson's estimate. Truck was returned to me clean and washed like new. These small trucks are increasing in value because of demand, thanks to Donnies it will still bring top dollar.
