“I'm back to update my review from last year. Everything has been up to par lately here at Lexus.I had to reschedule a few times due to a scheduling conflict. The scheduler was accommodating and helpful each time. My normal service advisor wasn't working during my visit. Mr. Nat took care of me during my visit. Throughly explained everything to me concerning my vehicle.A really nice technician chatted with me as I was in the guest lounge. He was fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. My service didn't take too long. I enjoyed the new renovations AND the snacks! Only unfortunate thing was that the car wash wasn't working.”

So I thought I’d look them up and I read these reviews.I’m 2 1/2 hours away, and when I get ready to get my supra or any of my cars worked on, I’m gonna try to bring them to these people. The tow truck driver tried to convince me to take my vehicle to another shop because Gardendale Wholesale Transmission was only open 3 days a week.
