I called this company to do storm damage repairs on my roof, and they arrived very early the next morning, as promised. The problem was explained thoroughly and the price was reasonable. They did a great job on the repairs, and cleaned up all debris afterwards. All of the workers were very knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. As a bonus I didn’t expect, for my home records, right on the spot they printed out pictures of the before and after repairs. I was totally pleased with the service they provided, and would highly recommend them.

RB roofing and renovations in Cedar Bluff, Alabama, reroofed our lake house approximately two years ago. With the storms that we get around the lake, the metal roofing loosened. we contacted RB roofing and they immediately sent someone out to address the problem. We will definitely continue to use them use them and refer them to our friends.

I was needing some roof repair done. I called 2 other companies that had been recommended. I left a total of 6 voice mails on cell and home phones. No answer over the next 3 days. Then, a friend that had used Andrew before gave me his number. I called and left a msg. within 5 minutes he called back apologizing for missing my call. He told me when he could come. That day turned out cold, windy and rainy. About a hour early he called to say he was on his way! When he finished, he asked about any other work I needed done. I had 3 floodlight fixtures that needed replacing. I told him at age 73 my wife didn't want me on ladders anymore on our 2 story house. He offered to do the work as soon as I got the fixtures. Again, he showed up on the day and time we agreeded to. I've made another friend and will call him we needed. By the way, I was pleased with his work and with his charges!

Andrew came out the same day of us reaching out! Our roof was not in good condition and with the rainy season coming up I needed the roof done quickly and correctly. He was able to get the roof on in a couple of days. I’m confident that the roof was placed correctly and made to last! He was very responsive and easy to work with! I know I can always reach out in the future for any issues or concerns!

Andrew and his crew from RB Roofing and Renovations were amazing. We did lots of shopping around for quotes and they were the most affordable and responsive to our calls. They finished way ahead of schedule as we were in a time crunch with Alabama Power to get our permit fulfilled. They listened to every detail we wanted done on our elevated structure to support our tiny home/cottage on our river lots. Andrew already knew all the requirements needed by Alabama Power guidelines which made things even easier on us. After getting lots of quotes RB Roofing and Renovations by far beat out everyone else and his quality and professionalism was amazing. Our structure and cottage is so pretty now and it's everything we dreamed of having. The cottage and structure was our last project on our to do list so now we can finally relax and catch some fish. We would highly recommend Andrew and his crew for any future projects.

Never showed, sent one text a hour before they was supposed to show up. Never tried to set up follow-up appointments. Would not recommend.

Made an appointment 8 days ago. Was sent 2 text messages and 1 email confirming that they would be out today at exactly 11AM. Waited all day and called them once. NO CALL NO SHOW..... It's ok I always heard yall was overpriced anyways.

Refurbished deck with new flooring, frames, and screens. This team ( Kevin, Clay, and Timothy) did an excellent job. Professional service, excellent cleanup, and incredible customer skills. We love the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
