I worked at Walmart for 10 years and this is just absolutely unnecessary. The $1 Headphones should not be locked up especially since the $4.88 headphones are open freely to the world. It doesn't matter how many lock up cases you put in a store you are still going to shrink more internally than externally Walmart! Warehouse shorts are your problem!

If you're going to close an entrance that's fine, however, you should adjust your Garden Center Hours when you decide to lock it up hours early. It was locked when I arrived at 5 and still locked when I left after 6, but the signage clearly states that it is open from 7 to 7.
Also, if the self checkouts are so packed that you have customers lined up all the way through the clothing then it's time for one of the 12 employees standing at the self checks doing nothing to open a regular checkout lane.

Friggin hate to have to shop here, worked for them in Leeds, not a good employer either ?
Their app has far more selection, although it is also lacking, imo

This store has a limited quantity of merchandise & is always out of something I go to buy. Seems odd because there are always plenty of people stocking in the aisles when you are trying to shop.

Pick up is a joke. I went inside to the giant orange pick up area, called # on sign, no answer. CS told me to go outside and park in a pickup spot. Why have a huge orange pick up column if nobody can help you there? So I went and parked in the spot. Called the number. No answer, voicemail box full. Are you kidding? I cancelled my order, went inside AGAIN and shopped it all myself. Ridiculous considering it was already sitting in a bag somewhere....just nobody to hand it to me.
Update: tried pickup using their new pickup area, still a joke. My order is wrong/missing items or produce is bad every. Single. Time. Pickup itself is very fast but they are not paying attention to what they give you, so it's not worth the trouble.

This store has been remodeled and updated in style. The entire store was super clean. All the shelves were fronted and every isle is labeled making things so easy to find!! I used to completely AVOID Walmart but the comfort & cleanliness makes me want to shop there more often again!!

Poor food pickup by car experience. Food that should have been refrigerated came to me room temp. Associate approached my car from behind, stuck his head in my drivers open window and greatly startled me. He thought my startled reaction was funny and mocked me by laughing for 30 s. During this time I got out of the car and started loading the groceries. After about a min or so, he decided to help me load. I asked him to load the drinks [soda, juice, etc.] in the back seat vs the trunk and he ignored my request, putting them primarily in the trunk. I work 2 jobs 7 days a week and have to deal with customers for both and had the situation been reversed, I would made eye or sound contact first before getting close to the vehicle and I would have not stuck my head in the window. I would have offered a simple apology and got to work helping the customer, to make them feel better. None of that happened and it was a poor experience.
