I needed to send back Spectrum equipment because I decided to go with ATT Fiber internet. The UPS associate scanned each item in the box, gave me a receipt, and I'm very grateful she did because Specrum tried to bill me for "un-returned" equipment. I use this UPS AP in Calera all the time. They are always friendly there, and they maintain a clean store with stocked mailing/shipping merchandise. Highly recommended!!
