2 mins. Max to jump my car off at Calera Wal-mart with a jump box . Charged me 100.00 dollars . I am 71 , that was all I had Sir to get through the month . Calera Police gave me his number ,because they refused to help . It was dark , pouring rain , I was scared already , so no choice but to pay 100.00 if I wanted to get home . My family of five blew a rear tire near Calera, AL. We are from Cincinnati and were on our way to Florida and our spare was flat. I reached Terry's via google search and these guys were at our vehicle within 10 minutes. Not only did they tow us but they also found a local tire place that had the replacement we needed. And, they were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience pretty good, considering! Excellent serviceService: Car towing

Terry is awesome! No one else could tow our car because it would not go into gear. But Terry was able to tow it without dragging it. Terry is the best hands down.

I have to say there aren’t many people left with the values that I received from Terry. My truck broke down on my way back to Nashville, I was able to get it off the road at a gas station. Terry not only got me some parts to get back on the road home. He also helped me fix it. Went out of his way to help a stranger like me. He will truly be blessed.

Heading back to Indiana from Florida, a light came on in my car. I didn’t recognize this light, it was new. Pulled off the interstate and mapped to O’Riley Auto. Long story short, my alternator was shot! A gentleman at the store, not an employee, named Moody offered to help. It was pouring rain, I had children with me, windows wouldn’t roll up due to no power, it was a mess! Keep in mind, this was New Year’s Day, and nothing was open to work on our vehicle. Moody suggested Terry’s at the top of the hill around the corner. We jumped my car to get it running and gave it all we had to arrive. As I rolled into the driveway, it died again. Terry came out, looked and offered to fix it to help us out. Again, it was a holiday, we weren’t on his agenda, but he was willing! Moody, the gentleman we met at the store, offered to go get a car that fit my family of four, pick up the part, and meet us back at Terry’s because this was about a 3-hour job. He took us to a hotel down the way, Terry said he would call when the car was done. Fast forward, in around 2 hours Terry delivered my car to our stranded family at the hotel and were good to go! He said he was worried about my kids, knew it was a mess, and he wanted to get us back on the road as some bad weather was rolling in.I have always heard about southern hospitality, but this was better than anything I could have ever imagined. From Moody who just happened to be at the store, to Terry, his brother that helped and everyone in between, your service and contributions to our disaster will never be forgotten. Myself, my husband, and children will never forget your kindness. Thank you so very much.
