Well this is the best travel refreshment stop at this exit but it really failed for me.
I got gas and used the washroom.. that part was ok.
I wanted a fountain coke… most of the ice dispensers were marked out of order but I found one that worked and got ice and clicked on the Coke fountain - all soda water. No Coke.… ok .. so I see they have tea. Fine… walk across the store for that … ice machine there is also marked out of service. I walked out. As usual, things are out and not working but plenty of staff to stand around.

The hubby and I just stopped there for gas and could not help leaving in the BEST mood with the BIGGEST smiles on our faces! Everyone, from the workers to the patrons, were kind, energetic, and so helpful! We even shared some fun “Roll Tide” and ”Go Buckeyes” ribbing! We highly recommend this gas station if you are traveling along this route!!!

Above and beyond service here!! I got a flat and was driving alone, managed to get off I-65 and pull into this gas station. Trevor the cashier immediately assisted when I asked for help, I had no idea what to do and he helped me every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough! What a relief to be at such a well lit gas station with employees who are selfless kindhearted and willing to help someone without a moments hesitation!

I will no longer be getting breakfast cause supposedly you can no longer remove cheese from breakfast scrambles I have done this for years and now you can’t this is complete bs so I’ll take my business elsewhere

Truck drivers beware... This QT has some of the dirtiest fuel around! I was constantly having to replace my fuel filters before they were due. The fuel is some type of recycled or refurbished diesel. The other QTS in Mobile and Montgomery have a nice clean green fuel but the fuel in Calera is a dirty brown fuel. You will get poor mileage from it as well. I can't imagine why they haven't upgraded their fuel to match the standards of the other QTs and what the industry demands. Poor Quality! Very disappointed 😞

Nice new clean store. Plenty to choose for food and drinks. Too bad people are parking their personal cars in big truck spots. Holding their spot. Instead of parking in car parking lot. Very inconsiderate. And Management allowing it.
