My parents need to leave Birmingham at 4:00 a.m. to catch a flight at 6:00 a.m. OTM service did it! And my parents said the service was good! They were responsive and friendly throughout the whole process of contacting them and arranging details. They mostly communicate through emails, and you also reserve and arrange payment through emails.

My boyfriend and I have been using this car service for over a year to get us back and forth to the airport. We both work at local Birmingham startups and one thing we always appreciate is great customer service. However; this company left us high and dry on a recent trip we booked. The driver contact us once they arrived 5mins late, we asked for him to wait 10 mins. The driver agreed and then when we got downstairs in the rain, he was gone. We tried to call him back and no answer. We contacted the main office and they said the driver had to pick someone else up at the airport and left. We were never contacted and left calling an Uber. We are still waiting on any kind of response after trying to call them back. Customer service should always be top priority, without customers you won't have a business. Birmingham is better than this.

The car service I used to use for trips to the airport is no longer in business so I had to find another service. Of course with trips to the airport you want to be sure that the service is, above all, reliable. My communication with Over The Mountain was by email; their responses were relatively quick and complete. My ride arrived at the pickup location on-time. The vehicle was clean and the driver courteous and a good driver. The price I was quoted by email is the price I paid. I will be using Over The Mountain for future trips to the airport.

I really want to compliment Over the Mountain Sedan. I live on the Gulf Coast. My 14 year old daughter was in Birmingham for a volleyball tournament. I had arranged a family member to pick her up. Due to an emergency, that fell through. The tournament was being held in a rough part of town, so blindly calling for an Uber or a cab was not an option. I opted to find a well reviewed company on Yelp and coordinate a safe pick up. I called Over the Mountain. Within fifteen minutes, I had a picture of the driver, and a group text with the company owner, the driver, and my daughter started. OTM picked her up right on time and got her to destination safely. Thank you Over The Mountain for helping out a parent in need. I'd highly recommend them for being on time, great at communicating, and super helpful.

Tim and Ally went above and beyond the call of duty. My flight into B'ham was delayed till 2am, Tim kept in contact with me the entire night assuring me a driver would be there no matter what time I made it in the middle of the night. Ally was 15 min early for my return flight and let me know she was there and no rush. Both made me feel at total ease and made that part of my travel enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this company for any type of shuttle service. I used them this week for a round trip ride to the Birmingham airport. Robert is the owner and he and his team provided excellent service. They were on time. The vehicles were spotless. Very friendly.

OTMS is an origination with impeccable professionalism and vehicles exemplify their image of excellence. You will be impressed beyond expectation. I have been using them for my preferred transportation to and from my travel to the Birmingham Airport. After my first experience I would not use any other service they are superior, clean, professional, and reliable. My business will be with them as long as I reside here in Birmingham.

OTM knocked it out of the park for my son's wedding. They were there ahead of time for each scheduled ride and the driver was very professional and courteous. They made the wedding experience for the groom and bride special and the parents thank you!
