Apparently I cannot leave a zero star review or I would. How does an office as small as this one manage to lose an entire set of documents in 24 hours? Not only lose the documents, but also lie about losing them and not bother to call me! Apparently they just vanished into thin air! I'm still waiting on a resolution. Update: I spoke with the H&R Block customer service department to follow up on the complaint that I had filed and it has apparently disappeared as well. So I had to open a new complaint today. Still no call from the manager of this office or Crystal Van Auken.
