We are supposed to be promoting the GREAT! Yet I walking in ( I'm from Dallas and manage a store) Not one person greated me, I had to sound out " Welcome to great clips, have you signed in online) I was so embarrassed, sadder part is my little sister was with me that live 5 minutes down the road. Then this sweet little red head came up and asked did I want a haircut. I said I was there to buy product. She gave me the discount and apologized. Then a blonde girl yells out, you gonna tell on us? The answer is yes. We strive in my store to great every person with a smile and GREAT welcome. And yes, we do it every time, no matter what! Honestly, I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, yet as a representative of great clips we have to want the customers to come back.

Great place to walk-in and get your hair cared for. Very friendly staff, clean shop, and very reasonable prices for whatever you might need. An easy 5-Stars!!

Requested style: From long to short, for Summer. I requested a layered cut off ears and neck. Shampoo and blow dry prior to cut.
Stylist: Stylist was Sheila. Very friendly and focused.

I walked in and signed in. The register said 20 minutes. There was only one person waiting. 20 minutes later I was fourth in line as people were calling in from the parking lot and walking in and signing in. They were moved ahead of me. One guys name was called several times and he was not there. He came in 10 minutes later and moved to the front of the queue. I’ve been coming to the Calera shop for several years. Usually when I walk in there are barbers sitting and waiting never has to call in before.
I’m a “ mostly” bald senior that gets a #3 buzz cut. Nothing else, 5 minutes max. I pay $20 each time. They ought to fight over me!!

It was a quick haircut, but it was the most painful experience I’ve witnessed outside of surgery. She banged and slapped my head around, rammed, the utensils into my head, neck and I. She also did not give me the haircut, I ask for so now I have to walk around with something I did not want. If you are having a bad day and you were in customer service, you do not need to be at work Because others have to reap the benefits of your terrible attitude

Do not go to Great Clips if you expect a great haircut. Or even a good one. They did not listen to our requests, not cutting our hair to the desired legnth and being all around amateurish.Trust me. Go ahead and go somewhere better. The cost savings aren't worth it by the time you pay someone else to fix your hair.

I loved this place but the hair styles Sheila refuse to listen to me (the mother) on how I wanted to have my son's hair cut. Kept telling me no and to move out of her way whenshe asked me to look at it. Haven to spent more money on someone else to fix it. Very unhappy will not go there again
