“Been here a few times. Most recently as of 12/25 .. Christmas Day! Yes, we needed to grab a few soft drinks , so my niece and I came here. The gentleman (the owner) who assisted us was really nice and very friendly. He really made having to come out to go to a gas station on Christmas Day not so dreadful.”

“The hubby and I just stopped there for gas and could not help leaving in the BEST mood with the BIGGEST smiles on our faces! Everyone, from the workers to the patrons, were kind, energetic, and so helpful! We even shared some fun “Roll Tide” and ”Go Buckeyes” ribbing! We highly recommend this gas station if you are traveling along this route!!!”

“The food is very good, if you go around lunch time. If you are going after work, you should. probably wait until after 4 when they cook fresh food. Some of the items left over from lunch get a little dry. If you would be willing to wait, they would probably cook up some fresh items. “After paying $5.10 for gas in Florida, seeing $4.34 then paying $4.31 a gallon with my loyalty program with Mapco was a great surprise on my way back from the beach. This Mapco is a lot smaller than the one on 280, but you can't beat these prices! I'll definitely have to remember this location if I'm ever in Calera.”

“Nice, clean place for a pit stop. Diesel is on an outside pump and there is room to circle around behind the store if you're hauling a long trailer. The lady inside was very nice and adept at managing both the store side and the subway side, though it would have moved faster if they had an extra person in there at mealtimes. Adding this to my list of favorite places to stop!”

“It’s not many times that I visit my neighborhood fuel station and feel the need to leave a review …however JAY, CONNIE and the rest of the team leave me no choice.
With my place of employment being right down the street , I look forward to coming in and having a laugh and talking about the day Whether I’m in need of gas or not, I walk out feeling better than I did going in.

“This is my go to gas station in the afternoons because it is easy to get in and out of, is very well lit, and has a large variety of convenience items. It also has a well stocked liquor store and ethanol free gas. Must treat their employees well too because the same folks have been working there in the afternoons since the opened.”
