They remodeled our master bathroom, the toilet they installed lasted 7 months! They won't come out and fix it unless I pay them!

So, I don't normally write reviews but...On a good note, they were very prompt to come out and quote the remodel of 3 bathrooms and offered ideas we had not considered. And they were significantly less that other quotes. They were very prompt to check in on when we want to get started. All of this should have been the big red flag!!!! The quote was not well organized, but I was able to piece it together. We decided to give them a chance and paint an empty 2 bed/2bath rental townhome and replace the kitchen sink. This paint job was worse than I would have done. I had them come out to redo. After the second time, my realtor went over to see about selling instead of renting and the first thing she said was that it needed a fresh new paint job. I relayed this information and received no feedback whatsoever after multiple contact attempts. I ended up renting and one of the first things my renters noted was that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath. I contacted them and they have "ghosted" me. I had to pay someone else to fix what they messed up.

I tried my best not to have a reason to leave a bad review but here I am. I had signed up to have floor tile installed along with a shower. Neither tile or shower install is correct. My shower is leaking and door wont fully close, the tile is patterned/placed incorrectly and missing grout in places throughout the entire bathroom. That was only a sum up of the current outcome. I've reached out several times to speak with manager Adam, he's never in the office according to Holly or able to take a call. Within a months time frame I have yet to speak with Adam. No call back or follow up from him. The communication is horrible and the debris and old shower was left in my yard for weeks. My neighbors asked could they get together and dump the debris. This company is running around their clients and makes you feel your project/remodel isn't important. Beware for you will end up in a nightmare. But I am that person that takes photos and videos for confirmation and will be uploading so this doesn't happen to another person searching for their dream remodel only to be dishearten and disappointed.

We had 2 toliets clogged up and Bryceson was an awesome tech that came out within the hour to help us access the problem and while he was unable to fix it he did give us recommendations and went out of his was to try to fix it no charge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDService: Repair water fixtures

John Bodine did the estimates and was very knowledgeable. He knew what was needed to make your request come true. I needed a bathtub replaced, a laundry room upgrade and a tub replaced with a shower and shelves. They were two weeks ahead of schedule getting started and in a job that we estimated to take two weeks actually took two weeks. Barry was an excellent team leader that worked alongside his well coordinated crew. It would’ve taken only one week had they not discovered a flaw in my housing construction. Once they corrected that, they then had to redo the work. But now that area of the house is fixed and the work is complete and correct.Services: Paint indoors

I arrived home after a month away, to a water leak of unknown origin. I called an emergency plumber from my area and was waiting for a call back. During that wait time I went on Angie’s list and typed in my issue. Dreamland Restoration responded within minutes. I called them and they were ready to get started immediately. They said their plumber would be able to come out today and would give me a call shortly. Their plumber, Bryson called and said he would arrive with 45 minutes. Bryson arrived on time at my home and he went straight to work to find out what was going on. He found the leak within a few minutes, shut off the water to my home, repaired/replaced the pipe and then checked to make certain all was in working order. He even helped me to clamp down a loose a/c drain pipe hose that he noticed while working on the main issue. My leak problem was resolved in less than an hour. Excellent service! The other company I had originally called after the fact. I was happy to tell them that I had gone with Dreamland Restoration, my leak/problem was already repaired and I no longer needed their service.If you need a plumber or plumbing services, I recommend that you call Dreamland Restoration. They are very responsive to calls and messages. They are kind and caring professionals. They charged a very fair price for my emergency same day repair. No one likes having to make such repairs to their home, that being said, should I need a plumber again, at least I know who I will call.
