We have two Miniature Schnauzers, Ava and Tula Belle, plus my grand dog, Chloe, a Cocker Spaniel. We started using Airport Veterinary Hospital in 2017 when Ava was a puppy. Over the past 6 years Dr. Buchanan, aka Dr. Buck, has seen our girls through puppy vaccinations, annual checkups, illness & surgeries. Both he and his staff are so nice and caring that I cannot imagine using anyone else. If you are looking for a new Veterinarian in the Alabaster/Calera area, I highly recommend you give them a call.

I'm a relatively new client, but Dr. Buck and staff have gone out of their way to help my fur babies. I just lost my 13-year-old dog, and they were kind, gracious and even worked it so our last minutes together were not in the vet's office. Phebee (hope I spelled that correctly) gave me the best gift, an inking's of his nose and paw prints, with creek pictures in the background, because she cared enough to ask what he loved. These people care about you and your pets. First class.

We and the dog love Dr Buck. Been going there for 15+ years for sick and week dog care, and occasional stays in luxury suite, uh, dog run.
