On 7/11 at 8:20 I was in the back of the store and heard a female going on speaking lots of profanity. When I got to the register I was surprised to see that it was someone behind the register. She was still using the profanity as I was checking out. No one spoke to me, just scanned my items and continued on with conversation. I felt very uncomfortable with how she was speaking in front of me. She was not an employee either so I’m not sure why she was behind the counter, unless dollar general lets their employees wear booty shorts and crop tops to work.

Every business is not perfect! What keeps this dollar general running is the low prices amongst the inflation. I always like going to Dollar General because it's clean and organized. However, the customer service is not there and the lines are always long. I don't entirely blame the employees because I'm sure they're short staffed and tired. What I will say is that they do their best given the circumstances. If you're looking for great deals this is the spot for you, but certainly not a place where you get great customer service.

Oh man the attitude on the cashier. Chatting with friends at the store while there is a line of customers waiting on her. You ask her for a price and she answers with an attitude. So dry and so darn rude to customers. She just wants to find a way to get mad for no reason. Pass me the basket! Am like ill put it back where it was. Rude as hell. Going to a different store from now on. Obviously this is just a job to this woman, nothing else. Find some employees dollar general!

On Thursday December 8, 2022 around 2:28pm I found for the second time that there was only one cashier again. She was very courteous, professional, patient and very polite who consistently tells her customers to be patient and that she was very sorry for the long wait. But if they would just have a little patience she would get to them.However, it's not right to only have ONE CASHIER in the store when the line is always back to the freezer or all the away around. Next, when I saw this I just turned around and left. Because there is no way I was going to get in that line. It's a shame for a manager to have cut down cost to one cashier to save money especially when the prices have been rises higher. I don't understand why the manager isn't there in the store to assist this overworked, underpaid employee. I wish I had her name because I would print it but we all know and she deserves 10 plus 's.Also, there should be expiration dates on the items in the store especially the cookies, cakes, and candy. The cookies in the can were very stale and I ended up throwing them away. You must have expiration dates. But on the whole I give this store 3.5 out of 5. Please hired more people and a better management for this store. It's really tiring to have to travel to another location just to get a one or two items when you live close by.

It's okay the Ailes are always packed with product and you can never find an employee & when you do they are rude and never want to check you out so you constantly have to use the self checkout, if it is working. Store never seems to have any food products and nothing in every has a price on it especially in the Seasonal section...When the store first opened it was great font know what happened.

Absolute worst. Cashiers are beyond rude. I ruined a pair of jeans I was wearing just by shopping in their store. Every product was covered in bleach residue. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service!

The manager there is horrible she is rude she does not know how to dress as the manager she does not know how to treat her customers I will suggest someone to shop somewhere else
