“I waited too long and my Acess Code for the survey is expired. We were shopping on 12/20/23 at the Alabaster, AL store. An associate in the beauty department named Shai was extremely helpful, answered my questions, and even made a suggestion that saved me some money on the products that I was looking for. The transaction # on my receipt is 1871 @ store # 2918, associate (?) # 0900. In this day and time, customer service is a dying art. Shai is definitely the EXCEPTION!”

“It's not all the time you get great customer service. However, today Mackenzie was very helpful to me when trying to shop for a fragrance. The store did not have any testers to smell the scents, but she helped look up reviews online to give me an idea. This means a lot. She is a rockstar!”

“I recently received an Egift card for homegoods after the passing of two grandparents in October. My grandparents loved Christmas and the Egift was to buy a gift that reminded me of them. Amanda, went above and beyond to help me return and item and buy my other ones. She gave me kindness in a moment that was more difficult than I can explain. She was truly fantastic!”
“Technical issues were occurring in the pharmacy at opening time this morning. The staff present, especially a young lady named Lindsay handled the dilemma with Grace and professionalism. All them performed exceptionally.”
“Last night while checking out I heard a man chew out a sweet employee because he had to use self-check out. It's astonishing and laughable to see how many people are rude and complain about self-check out and having to do something yourself. Maria, the employee handled the situation with grace and kindness. She did a fantastic job in an uncomfortable and ridiculous situation. Tonight, I met Kylie (spelling?) when returning an item at the last minute. Even when running in right before close, she made my experience wonderful. The staff at this location are remarkable and truly deserve a raise.Let's remember to show kindness and grace this holiday season to employees working in retail and the service industry.”
“For the most part, I've had good service every time. I've come in this store except for maybe one time. 2 years ago, the only thing I don't agree with is. Unlike Lowe's Walmart and home depot, they don't have a guarantee on there. Bonnie plants purchased a tomato plant and it died within a few days. And there was nothing they would do about it, they wouldn't exchange it.Where is the other stores?You get your money back or you get a new plant.Other than the net I have no problems with the store or any of the staff”
“It's a Walmart like any other. This one was large compared to the ones at home. I am from Florida and took a vacation to Nashville. It was the same as home, but different too, It made for quiet an experience. Walmart has a great range of things to buy and look at. Great prices and helpful staff. Security Guards at the store made me feel safe.”

“Normal Ross dress for less. This one is usually pretty clean and orderly.The trash out front has been there so long it smells. That may be the fault of the colonial promenade. I have seen the same in front of Books a Million.”

“I recommend JCPenney to all my friends. All the stylists are very attentive and welcoming. My favorite hair stylist, Anna Kate, has been doing my balayage for years and it's better than I ever could imagine every single time!! Over the years she has done highlights, full color, trims, bangs, and balayage. All of the stylists are very well versed in their specialty. “After I broke my foot and ankle, I was unable to navigate the store, even with the cart. I order my groceries on line now and my husband picks them up. I've been very impressed with the service. My nervousness over someone else picking out my produce was unwarranted as they've done a very nice job. I've been able to include all store items which has been great too. They give you ample opportunity to substitute items - or not - that are out of stock. One item I wanted that was out of stock was shipped to me at no additional charge. I make my menu and stick to what I need. Less impulse buying. We've had no issues with picking up or missed items. While I miss counting my personal shopping steps in my fitbit, I am not sure I'll ever go back in person!”

“This store has been remodeled and updated in style. The entire store was super clean. All the shelves were fronted and every isle is labeled making things so easy to find!! I used to completely AVOID Walmart but the comfort & cleanliness makes me want to shop there more often again!!”
