Just dropped off 500 pounds. It took over a hour to get unloaded and paid. Only paid $50 for the scrap. Waste of time. Id rather let me aluminum/metals rust then to bring it back here.

This used to be a good place to do business but since it is under new ownership it's a nightmare. Employees are rude. They say they close at 3:30 but they shut the gate at 3:15. Also be prepared to wait an hour or longer.

I really don't know what they got going on here, but please tell me my boyfriend and I aren't the only ones who think this place is ripping us off.
It won't be everytime we go, (which is a lot) but since going here for years, especially my boyfriend, you would think we'd have a pretty good estimate of what we should get paid etc. when we go there... And it's just never what its supposed to be... Does anyone else have anything like this happen when going to thhis scrap yard?
They say "HIGHEST PRICES ON ALUMINUM, COPPER, BRASS, AND SCRAP METAL", but honestly I'm trying to see how some visits we take less than the last visit and make more...? (Of the same stuff because prices vary for each)
I think they should review how they're employees are running things, check their scales, and just check things are all over!

Absolutely amazing, honest people. Good prices, pretty efficient system. Remember that if you have a specific scrap like aluminum or copper to ride around after weighing to talk to them!

Best prices/busy so pick a good time to come. Saginaw is closer but there yard is full of nails.
