I was in the other night and was having some troubles with my truck, Mr. Hunter Penick greeted me and was a big help. He scanned my truck for the problem and explained the code in detail and showed me the fix and how much it would cost. Afterwards I bought some DEF and he carried it out to my truck without asking as my hands were full. He had great customer service and I will definitely be back again to shop

Chris W. was a lifesaver today! I was having issues with my front bumper becoming partially detached, and I stopped by AutoZone to get some clips to reattach the bumper. Chris stepped in and showed me that the bumper I had did not use clips but rather was attached to a bracket and needed to be put back in place. He took the time to reattach the bumper and tighten the screws, which really helped me out!! He jumped right in without hesitation, and I greatly appreciated him! I know which AutoZone, and which person, I’ll be going to for any future needs. Thank you Chris!!

Jon Christman is awesome. I had a battery issue and a warranty with it but they could not find it in the database. Jon just took one for the team and gave me a new battery and installed it himself. Unbelievable customer service and I will use this AutoZone from now on.
