Rude people; constantly having issues with internet connection and they acknowledge that they ARE having issues, yet they can’t send an email stating that they are having issues. What kind of sense does that make? none whatsoever.

Service is just bad had better connection and faster speeds using dial up. Have their so called fast internet but if more than 2 things connect someone gets to watch that buffer wheel or get a connection error message. If this is the best they offer I am not impressed
