“Me :" I want this vitamin suppliment ." CVS : " Although it's on our website ,we don't carry it at this location.Have a nice day ." Jasper Drug : " We don't have it ,but we'll order it for you. Should be here tomorrow." Also , unlike CVS ,Jasper Drug has never handed me a completely empty pill bottle & accused me of trying to pull one over on them when I went back & told the pharmacist.”
“Nice people, usually always have what I'm shopping for in stock, still have self checkout for non Walmart+ members, and the pickup people are really nice and get things out to you as fast as they can. They also keep the store clean. Happy to live closest to and shop at this particular location.
Walmart typically gets a bad rap for how it treats its employees, but I spoke with an employee who seemed quite happy that Walmart was paying for him to go to get his...I think masters degree as well as his gas money to work. So I'm satisfied to shop at a place that's providing the employees with opportunities like that.”

“I called the Walmart pharmacy to see if I had a prescription on file ready to fill. I spoke to Kay. Her customer service was outstanding! She checked everything in the computer to verify the prescription was there, checked the insurance and double checked with the pharmacist to make sure there was no problem with the refill because of the type of medication. I wish there were more 'Kays'!”

“Been going here about a year as a newcomer to tn. Yes some items are not in stock. But then it's still an ongoing pandemic and global supply chain issues. I have used the pickup service predominantly. So I can speak to that mostly. They usually substitute just fine. The pickup has always been efficient, reliable, and very friendly. So not entirely sure why so many of the reviews here are so salty.”

Even on things I'm clueless about-- but should know: Such as how to find my RX card.Anyways, I truly appreciated the young blonde woman that helped me today (2/21 ~9:30am). I had taken my last migraine rescue pill Sunday, and hadn't refilled yet 'cause usually I have about a month or two before another.But, a skull splitting one set in acutely this morning, and I explained that to her-- and she got it filled ASAP.I really, really appreciated it so much.Won't be making that mistake twice.”

“Friendly staff and usually a short wait. You do have to look out for yourself though. Case in point, say you have a script for 30 tablets, at two a day, that's only a 15 day supply. You could be told you that you're trying to fill too early, which makes you feel a little awkward, so you have to speak up. They will double-check and correct problem. The only issue was, I called in earlier so I wouldn't have to wait for it. They didn't fill the medication thinking it was a 30-day supply. I feel that I should have been notified by phone that they were assuming I was trying to fill to early and the medication was not ready. That would given me the opportunity to correct them. The only drawback was, I had to wait on it, which was a bit of an inconvenience on that particular day. In summary, great friendly folks, conveniently location and a nice facility. I will continue to do business with Ponder's and suggest to family and friends they should give them a try as well. Thank you Ponder's pharmacy.”
