The website said Saturday is open until 1:00. I pulled into the parking lot at12:06 and the gate was locked. I even told the guy that I was coming to pick up parts today that had to be ordered. I guess that I will have to wait until next week. I can only come on Saturday.

My original review that received 1 ⭐ (This review is for the service department at the Brundidge location. Everytime I call no-one answers and I have to leave a message for someone to return my call. I called at 4:30 today because I was told either yesterday or today for my service call only to find out that they have all gone home. I then called the Andalusia location and spoke with Jennifer who was still at work in the service department. Seems like their focus is on sales only.Why is it that I can call just about any sunsouth location during operation hours and speak with someone in service, but I have to leave messages for the local shop to return my call? I'm considering just returning my John Deere and getting a Kubota. Why offer the mobile tech services if no-one can communicate with you as to what's going on?)Updated review:This morning Travis called me and gave a very sincere apology. Travis informed me that the tech would be at my house by 10:00 am. Joel the service tech arrived before 10:00 am and was very courteous and professional. He agreed with my diagnosis of why I needed a service tech due to the blades on my finish cut deck were installed using an impact wrench instead of the recommended 90 ftlbs. Thank you Travis and Joel for the service today I am changing my original rating to reflect the quality of service in which I received today. 4 ⭐

We started the process of purchasing a JD 3032 tractor with a rotary cutter in early July 2021 with Michael Norman. Everything went extremely smooth; the price was right, the timing was perfect, and delivery was seamless. Overall, the experience was great. After receiving the tractor, we spent five straight days of mowing and moving gravel with zero issues. Michael took the time to demonstrate the capabilities and functionality of the equipment. We’ll be back soon for more implements!
