We had 3 units during a move that we couldn’t do door to door. We never had an access issue, the units were in great shape and the staff was always helpful and nice. We also rented a uhaul multiple times and the equipment was in good condition and they were always so easy to work with.

Very friendly and willing to impart practical advice. They didn't have in stock what I needed, but were happy to recommend someone who did. And after that, even though I could not be a customer, happy to answer my questions about moving costs and other such things.
